Jacqueline is a proud second-generation Floridian, born and raised in South Florida, and has called Davie home since the age of four.

She and her partner of 13 years share a love for animals and giving back, caring for five rescue pets—all adopted from county shelters and rescues.

For the past 11 years, Jacqueline has been a dedicated long-haul truck driver, covering nearly three million miles across the United States and Canada. Early in her career, she founded a small trucking company to create opportunities for fellow drivers, just as she had been given. Her work and advocacy within the trucking industry have earned her national recognition, awards, media coverage, and speaking engagements at truck shows across the country.

Jacqueline is also a passionate advocate for civic action and engagement. From serving as class president while apart of the Women of Tomorrow program to organizing a school-wide walkout in support of teachers’ rights, and leading community petitions in Davie, she believes in the power of people to make change.

Today, she is driving a movement to empower the youth in her historic town and restore a strong voice for local residents.
